Mount Kalaga National Park is cited as the northern border of the playable state of Leonida in GTA 6 — Rockstar has not fully revealed the map, but marketing places the park at the edge.

Expect trails, elevation, wildlife encounters and a wanted-system that behaves differently than downtown Vice City. Until interior POIs are official, use this page as the wilderness counterpart to Vice Beach and Port Gellhorn.
